- Everything except large items (some furniture, mattresses, king futons) will be shipped via UPS ground delivery. Federal Express or Red or Blue Label UPS delivery is possible at an extra charge. Please use your street address (no P.O. Box numbers please) and include your telephone number
- We hold to a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products within 30 days of the order ship date, feel free to return it for a refund, exchange or credit to your credit card.
Two Exceptions - no refunds or credits for Inner-Spring mattresses and custom orders. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Just as you demand quality from us, we require any returned items to be in resalable condition. If not, the refund we send will reflect the resale value of the items returned.
