Ordering Information and Procedures
- Everything except large items (furniture, mattresses, large futons) will be shipped via UPS ground delivery. Federal Express or Red or Blue Label UPS delivery is possible at an extra charge. Please use your street address (no P.O. box numbers, please) and include your telephone number just in case.
- To speed the process, first fill out the order form completely. Then, call 1 800-639-4123 with your credit card information readily available. Customer service representatives are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday calls at other times will reach our answering service, available 24 hours a day.
- Large or oversized items will be shipped by one of three freight carriers selected to provide economical, efficient and damage-free service. Furniture can be shipped to continental U.S. destinations only, and most items will be delivered within one to two weeks from the time it leaves the warehouse (may take a total of 8 weeks from time you place your order). Our freight charges are included in the product prices and include delivery to your door; assembly and installation not included.
- Fill out the order form and fax it to us anytime, 24 hours a day. Well process your order as soon as we receive it. Our fax number is 802 479-5395.
- Please complete your on-line shopping and include your phone number and email address so we can confirm your order, shipping costs, and verify your credit card information.
- Fill out the order form by following the step-by-step instructions. Please print clearly and fill Out the form completely to help expedite your order. Mail check, money order, or credit card information along with the order form (no stamps, CODs or anything other than U.S. funds).
- We hold to a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products within 30 days of the order ship date, feel free to return it for a refund, exchange or credit to your credit card.
One exception no refunds or credit for any custom made item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Just as you demand quality from us, we require any retuned items to be in resalable condition. If not, the refund we send will reflect the resale value of the items returned.
